Join us in championing the direct care workers of Wisconsin! We would like to encourage you to become a member of the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance. It is a great opportunity to be part of the many Long-Term care workforce initiatives that affect us today, tomorrow, and in the future. We are a coalition of organizations and individuals who recognize the needed role direct care workers play in meeting the long-term care needs of older adults and people of all ages with disabilities. We bring everyone to the table - starting with direct care workers - together to champion this important workforce.

Being a member offers so much:​

• Recognition for direct care workers and family/friend caregivers through our unique annual program, the Alliance Caregiver Awards. Your support and membership allows us to give out these awards every year! SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE

• Share and hear inspiring stories of direct care workers and the essential background information, trends, and data supporting the need for these caregivers.

• Connect with legislators regarding critical subjects such as wages, benefits, training, and other needs of care workers. 

• We collaborate with the Caregiver Crisis Coalition, Wisconsin Personal Services Association, Managed Care Organizations, IRIS Consulting Agencies and more.
