Join the Alliance Today - Join in Championing Direct Care Workers Statewide!
We would like to encourage you to become a member of the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance. It is a great opportunity to be part of the many Long-Term care workforce initiatives that affect us today, tomorrow, and in the future. We are a coalition of organizations and individuals who recognize the indispensable role direct care workers play in meeting the long-term care needs of older adults and people of all ages with disabilities. We bring everyone together to champion direct care workers: provider organizations, advocates, statewide associations, government agencies, educational institutions, policymakers, community leaders, consumers, families—as well as direct care workers themselves.
JOIN the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance and YOU will be joining people around the state in championing direct care workers!
Being a member offers so much:
Advocacy with public policy-makers regarding critical subjects of wages, benefits, training, and other needs of care workers in publicly-funded programs.
A clearinghouse for information, news, and announcements on issues of direct impact on the direct care workforce, using our web and social media outlets.
Recognition for direct care workers and family/friend caregivers through our unique annual program, the Alliance Caregiver Awards. SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE
A resource for the inspiring stories of direct care workers and the essential background information, trends, and data supporting the need for these caregivers.
Dynamic speakers for membership meetings, bringing timely information about changes and challenges facing all stakeholders in the long-term care workforce.
Specialized Committees that take action to focus on key areas such as legislation, workforce/education, and membership/outreach.
Please…JOIN the Alliance today and let’s continue the Alliance’s work, together.
Just complete and send the 2020 membership form today (along with the related contribution).
