Join the Alliance Today - Join in Championing Direct Care Workers Statewide!

We would like to encourage you to become a member of the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance. It is a great opportunity to be part of the many Long-Term care workforce initiatives that affect us today, tomorrow, and in the future. We are a coalition of organizations and individuals who recognize the indispensable role direct care workers play in meeting the long-term care needs of older adults and people of all ages with disabilities. We bring everyone together to champion direct care workers: provider organizations, advocates, statewide associations, government agencies, educational institutions, policymakers, community leaders, consumers, families—as well as direct care workers themselves.

JOIN the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance and YOU will be joining people around the state in championing direct care workers!

Being a member offers so much:

  • Advocacy with public policy-makers regarding critical subjects of wages, benefits, training, and other needs of care workers in publicly-funded programs.

  • A clearinghouse for information, news, and announcements on issues of direct impact on the direct care workforce, using our web and social media outlets.

  • Recognition for direct care workers and family/friend caregivers through our unique annual program, the Alliance Caregiver Awards. SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE

  • A resource for the inspiring stories of direct care workers and the essential background information, trends, and data supporting the need for these caregivers.

  • Dynamic speakers for membership meetings, bringing timely information about changes and challenges facing all stakeholders in the long-term care workforce.

  • Specialized Committees that take action to focus on key areas such as legislation, workforce/education, and membership/outreach.

Please…JOIN the Alliance today and let’s continue the Alliance’s work, together.

Just complete and send the 2019 membership form today (along with the related contribution).

If you are a direct care worker, your membership is free! Please contact us with any questions at sarah.bass@pathwaysofwi.org or (608) 243-5670.

Thank you in advance for your membership—and for championing direct care workers!
